Since his youth, Harald Geba has shared his enthusiasm for modern art with his interest in carpets. Geba was founded in Graz, Austria with a design philosophy of combining western art and culture with age-old arts and crafts traditions of the East. Since 2003, Geba has been producing his rugs in two Ateliers in Nepal, where hand-carded and hand-spun wool from the Tibetan highlands is knotted into exclusive carpets. Production adheres to the principles of fair trade and child labor is strictly avoided.
